Every webhook payload sent to SeerOps from your monitoring tools (Datadog, PagerDuty, Grafana, etc.) counts as one alert. Duplicate alerts within the same 1-minute window are automatically deduplicated and counted only once.

Every time an incident is resolved, the Memory Agent stores the root cause, resolution steps, and context as a vector embedding. When a similar incident occurs in the future, it automatically surfaces how you fixed it last time. On the Starter plan, memory is retained for 7 days. Pro and Scale plans include unlimited retention.

SeerOps integrates with Datadog, PagerDuty, Grafana, CloudWatch, Prometheus, New Relic, Sentry, and any tool that can send webhooks. Setup takes about 5 minutes per integration.

Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitments. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the dashboard at any time. If you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Alert data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) in the EU-West-1 region. API keys are hashed. We never share your data with third parties. SOC 2 Type II compliance is on the roadmap for Q3 2026.
