person 1. Account Terms
By creating a SeerOps account, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys
- You must be at least 18 years old or have the authority to bind your organization to these terms
- One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite
api 2. API Usage
SeerOps provides API access for alert ingestion and incident management. Your usage must comply with the following:
- API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly or embedded in client-side code
- Rate limits apply per plan: Starter (200 alerts/month), Pro (2,000 alerts/month), Scale (unlimited)
- Automated systems sending alerts must include valid metadata (title, severity, source)
- You must not attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls
- We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access if usage patterns indicate abuse
payments 3. Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:
- Billing begins immediately upon plan activation and recurs monthly on the same date
- All fees are stated in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes
- Failed payments will be retried up to 3 times. After that, your account may be downgraded to the Starter plan
- Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of a charge
cancel 4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Dashboard billing page or by contacting support.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then
- Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the Starter (free) plan
- Your data (alerts, incidents, institutional memory) is retained for 90 days after cancellation
- After 90 days, data is permanently deleted. You may request an export before that deadline
- We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with immediate effect
folder_data 5. Data Ownership
Your data belongs to you. SeerOps does not claim ownership of any data you send through our platform.
- Alert data, incident analysis, and institutional memory remain your intellectual property
- You grant SeerOps a limited license to process your data solely for providing the service
- AI-generated analysis (root cause, recommendations) is provided as-is and does not constitute professional advice
- You may export your data at any time via the API or by contacting support
- Tenant data is fully isolated — no cross-tenant data access is possible
gavel 6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SeerOps for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms:
- Do not send malicious, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading alert data
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data or systems
- Do not use the platform to store or transmit personally identifiable information (PII) beyond what is necessary for incident management
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of SeerOps
- Do not resell or redistribute SeerOps services without written authorization
shield 7. Limitation of Liability
SeerOps is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- SeerOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
- AI-generated recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees — you are responsible for validating and approving any automated actions
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Our target SLA is 99.9% for paid plans

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do:
- Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect
- Continued use of SeerOps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms
- If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your account before the effective date
- The current version of these terms is always available at seerops.com/terms
